WHEN IS THE SUM DRAWN FROM MY CARD?
The amount will be deducted from your card in connection with us sending your package. The amount is reserved in connection with your purchase but will not be deducted until we send your package.
HOW IS THE MONEY REFUNDED ON A RETURN AND WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
When you return products, you will receive your money back within 10 days. Your return is always refunded with the same payment method as with your purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED FROM THORBERG?
You have the right to exchange and return an item for up to 14 days after you have received your package. Just make sure that the goods are unused, have stickers and labels left and otherwise faultless.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH STRENGTH I SHOULD CHOOSE?
Test with a pair of reading glasses and hold e.g. a newspaper at a normal reading distance. If you look good now, it is the right strength for you. If you are unsure, you can at most Opticians you can get help with choosing strength.
