Purchase conditions for consumers

The prices include VAT at 25%. In the case of a confirmed order, prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond Thorberg's control, e.g. significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. Charges for shipping are added according to the information under the heading Shipping & Returns. No other taxes or fees are added.

2. BUY
When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made when Thorberg has confirmed the order through an e-mailed order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated by our database without manual review. In the event of any inaccuracies in e.g. the indication of price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards.

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We always do our best to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier cannot fulfill his commitment to us. Compensation is not paid in the event of a possible delivery delay.

We bear the transport risk from our warehouse to you (ie damaged or lost goods). You bear the risk in case of any return to us.

Should any of the items you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than the other items, we can in some cases split your order. As a customer, you never have to pay more than the agreed original shipping.

Private customer Sweden. Purchases are made via card payment or invoice in collaboration with Klarna. Extra fees for invoice purchases may occur. In the case of invoice purchases, the purchase takes place on credit, which is why Klarna takes a credit report the first time you choose purchase by invoice. We comply with the Distance Purchase Act and when purchases are made via card payment, the purchase amount is reserved on your account. The purchase amount is first deducted from your account the moment the ordered product is sent to you. We accept VISA, Mastercard. There are no extra charges for card payments. Warranty is provided in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item and without any particular reason. This is provided that the product and product packaging are in unchanged condition, i.e. unused and not destroyed or damaged. You may not use the item but of course carefully examine it. Thorberg applies the Distance and Home Sales Act. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days, see more under the heading Shipping & Returns.


According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have the right to complain for 3 years after you have received your item. Thorberg applies the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint. If you want to receive our newsletter, we will send you information and product offers by email. This can be easily canceled via your customer account or by contacting us at Thorberg. According to the GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. We deliver free of charge to our private customers worldwide. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange or return your item and have a complaint, the product is sent to us at the following address via company package: If the item is sent via registered mail, we cannot collect it, it must be sent as a company package or standard mail, preferably in the same packaging in which you received the goods.
