Exchange or return of goods


Send the unused item, with sticker and label, in return to our e-store, preferably in the same packaging you received your order in. Attach a copy of your order, state if an exchange or return is desired. Refunds are made when the return has arrived at us. NOTE it can take up to 4 days before. the amount is in your account. When returning, you are responsible for the shipping cost.

Product complaint

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have the right to complain for 3 years after you have received your item. Thorberg applies the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint. ATTENTION! It is important that you make a correct report.

Visible error: reported directly to info@thorbergdesign.se. The packaging is saved for possible complaints to the post office for transport damage.

Hidden error: reported to info@thorbergdesign.se within 3 days of receiving the item. We will, of course, exchange a product that we consider to have been wrongly shipped, or alternatively damaged.


How to return an item:

We deliver free of charge to our private customers worldwide. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange or return your item or have a complaint, send the product to us at the following address:

If the item is sent via registered mail, we do not have the option to pick it up, (it takes about 1 hour to drive to Postnord T&R in Sthlm) Item must be sent as regular mail.

Name and order number must be included when returning to us, otherwise we cannot process it.

You pay the shipping for the return yourself, in the event of a complaint we will reimburse you for your postage costs afterwards. When we receive the return, we either send you a new item or create a credit for the corresponding amount.
