Replace an item

If you send goods in return to our e-warehouse, you will get your money back for the goods. You pay the shipping for the return, in the event of a complaint, we will reimburse you for your postage costs afterwards.

Complaint of goods

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have the right to make a complaint for 3 years after you have received your item. Thorbergdesign applies the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint. NOTE! It is important that you make a correct report.

Visible error: report directly to order@thorbergdesign.se. The packaging is saved for any complaint to the post office for transport damage.

Hidden error: reported to order@thorbergdesign.se within 3 days of receipt of the item. We replace a product that we believe is incorrectly shipped or damaged.

How to return an item

We deliver free of charge to our private customers worldwide. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange or return your item and have a complaint, the product will be sent to us at the following address via company package:

If the item is sent via registered mail, we can not pick it up, it must be sent as a business package or regular mail.

Name and order number must be included when returning to us, otherwise we can not process it.
You pay the shipping for the return, in the event of a complaint, we will reimburse you for your postage costs afterwards. When we have received the return, we either send a new item or create a credit for the corresponding amount.
